My Italian built (at Pininfarina) French daily driver is almost at 300k.
It’s been virtually trouble free. Since purchase at 167k I replaced normal wear items, the mid and rear sections of the exhaust and as a precaution the battery and radiator. I can’t remember anything else. I do currently have to deal with a broken (vacuum operated) cruise control, the exterior temperature thermometer is way off and there are some paint issues (stone chips and bird shit damage). Not too bad for a 17 year old car.

It’s pointless me getting the camera out for the Defender. It doesn’t so much ‘rollover’ as ‘tumble lazily’...

As the plates say, it’s still looking FRESH. To the next 100k!

Why does it have primary markings in kmh and subsidiary ones in mph?

Inpressive. Totally. It has beaten my German engineered masterpiece met twee vingers in de neus. Klasse!
